4. What happens if I'm not at home during the delivery?

For small-sized items, they will be delivered to your postbox. If the postman cannot access your postbox, the package will be left at your nearest local post office for convenient pickup.

5. Where does my item ship from?

We ship items from our fulfillment centers in China, the USA, or directly from manufacturers worldwide.

6. I provided the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
